As a Senior Program Manager at Intellect Design Arena based in Mumbai, you will be entrusted with a pivotal role in leading and managing large-scale global programs exceeding $10M. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing cross-functional teams across various geographies, driving on-time delivery through meticulous planning and governance frameworks, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Your interactions will extend to building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable strategies, supporting technology teams in implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring financial and operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech with a minimum of 18 years of experience in Tier 1 Services, FinTech, or Product firms.
- Proficiency in software development or architecture, particularly in Java, springboot, and cloud-based systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale product deliveries within the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of successfully leading diverse global teams and driving technological innovation.
- Deep knowledge of technology delivery, banking systems, risk management, and compliance.
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong analytical capabilities.
