Job Description
- As a senior Enterprise Architect at Intellect Design Arena Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in defining and evolving the architecture strategy for iGTB, the award-winning transaction banking platform. With over 18 years of experience in architecting large-scale, cloud-native enterprise applications within the BFSI domain, you will lead the way in driving innovation, ensuring engineering excellence, and aligning architecture with evolving business needs.
Your key responsibilities will include defining and maintaining enterprise architecture standards and principles across iGTB product suites, setting up governance structures for compliance, staying updated on emerging technologies, evaluating tools for improving developer productivity and automation, driving adoption of architecture guidelines and tools across engineering teams, participating in module design to ensure technical robustness, overseeing performance benchmarking and security assessments, engaging with customers at pre-sales and post-production stages, troubleshooting technical issues, and leading the end-to-end automation charter for iGTB.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong foundation in cloud-native architecture, microservices-based systems, technologies such as PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Angular, as well as a deep exposure to the BFSI domain. Your profile should reflect 18+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture roles, preferably within BFSI or fintech, with proven expertise in mission-critical, scalable, and secure systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated leadership in architecting complex enterprise products, and the ability to blend technical depth with business context will be essential to succeed in this role.
