We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for BFSI and NBFC clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing mid to senior-level roles within the financial services industry.
Job Details:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (BFSI & NBFC Sector).
Location: Remote (5 days working)
CTC: As per the market standard
Qualification: Must be a graduate.
Notice Period: Immediate -15 days
Mandatory:
- Candidate must have their own laptop with reliable internet connection.

- Candidate must have experience in recruitment within the BFSI & NBFC sector.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in the BFSI/NBFC sector.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Source and screen candidates for roles such as Branch Manager, Credit Manager, Collection Manager, Regional Sales Manager, etc.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fitment in terms of experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation processes.
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment targets as per business needs.
