As a leading outsourcing partners, we are hiring an IT Operation Manager to work on a project for our client, which is a globally recognized consulting firm specializing in areas such as technology, risk, compliance, and internal audit. With a presence in over 25 countries and a track record of serving a significant portion of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Details:

Experience required- Minimum 8 years of experience as an Operation Manager

CTC Bracket - Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Qualification- B.E./B.Tech in Computer science or Information Technology

Location Delhi, Bangalore and Lucknow

Notice Period:

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with EMS tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios)
• ITSM & ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Familiarity with infra domains: Cloud, Virtualization, Networking, Security
• Root Cause Analysis, alert optimization, and event correlation
• Strong reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in Government/PSU environments (preferred)
• Certifications: ITIL v3/v4, or relevant tech certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infra using EMS tools and handle system-generated alerts
• Perform L1-L2 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ticket management
• Tune alert rules, event correlation, and reduce noise in monitoring systems
  

• Configure, maintain, and optimize EMS tools
• Integrate new infra components (servers, apps, devices) into monitoring
• Ensure monitoring aligns with business SLAs and ITIL best practices
  

• Generate dashboards, performance metrics, RCA summaries, and SLA reports
• Support audit, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
  

• Lead support teams (L1/L2), set goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor KPIs
• Drive team development, conflict resolution, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors during incidents or upgrades
  

• Maintain SOPs, incident logs, change reports, and project updates
• Present operational health and incident trends to senior stakeholders
• Communicate clearly during incidents, changes, or maintenance events
