Job Title - Customer Support Advisor (Inbound Voice Process)
Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Work Mode - On-site
SHIFT TIMINGS:-
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM
(Candidates should be open to working in monthly rotational shift.)
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare professionals, including Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals (AHP), Healthcare Assistants (HCA), and hospitals. You will be responsible for addressing queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience for all callers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Experience: at least 6months to 1 year in Customer Support/Tele sales/Any calling jobs with Good English Communication
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
