Job Description
- Lead and inspire the Dairy & Bakery, Bars & Confectionery (BBC) category team in crafting and executing a three-year strategic growth plan, grounded in market insights, business priorities, and innovation capabilities.
- Drive alignment and execution of the category plan across Greater Asia markets, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Champion marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies that elevate IFF s presence and value proposition in the Dairy & Bakery segments.
- Collaborate with Product Experience, Innovation, and Sales teams to define and prioritize regional marketing efforts and product strategies.
- Monitor and report progress on category performance, including financial targets, pipeline development, and initiative milestones, providing strategic recommendations and corrective actions as needed.
- Map and drive business development specific initiatives and tactics that accelerate growth.
- Act as a senior marketing advisor to key account managers, supporting customer relationships through tailored marketing strategies and impactful storytelling.
- Continuously gather and synthesize industry insights to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities in the Dairy & Bakery segments.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in M arketing, Business, Food Science with relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the Dairy & Bakery space or the food ingredients industry.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering compelling marketing content to internal and external audiences.
- Deep understanding of the Greater Asia market landscape, with experience in China, Indonesia, India, and Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to travel.
- Additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
- Experience in developing, executing, and measuring the impact of strategic marketing plans.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
