Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative in the Fintech and POS Solutions industry, your role will involve making 100+ outbound calls daily to potential restaurant and retail clients. You will be responsible for scheduling and delivering live product demos tailored to client needs, identifying decision-makers, handling objections, and closing leads effectively. It will be crucial for you to maintain a structured follow-up and pipeline to maximize conversion rates. Your main goal will be to achieve and exceed sales and demo targets. Additionally, you will need to update the CRM with accurate lead status, call notes, and customer interactions. Collaboration with the sales team to fine-tune pitches and demo strategies will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential restaurant and retail clients.
- Schedule and deliver live product demos (virtual/phone-based) tailored to client needs.
- Identify decision-makers, handle objections, and close leads effectively.
- Maintain a structured follow-up and pipeline to maximize conversion.
- Achieve and exceed sales and demo targets.
- Update CRM with accurate lead status, call notes, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune pitches and demo strategies.
Qualifications Required:
- Fluent English with a US/neutral accent.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or inside sales.
- Strong skills in giving product demonstrations (POS/Software/Fintech preferred).
- Ability to influence and build trust with restaurant and retail business owners.
- Target-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of hitting KPIs.
