Were expanding aggressively and need a digital marketing genius who can own performance marketing, drive leads, and hit targets with precision.

What Youll Do

Own the full performance funnel from awareness to conversion to retention.

Lead paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms with a focus on scaling revenue.

Manage and optimize large ad budgets with strict ROI accountability (CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS).

Build and execute lead generation funnels that consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads.

Implement AI-driven marketing automation for bidding, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting.

Collaborate with sales teams on lead scoring, qualification, and pipeline acceleration.

Create data-driven dashboards & attribution models to track performance beyond vanity metrics.

Stay ahead of fintech/pos industry trends & competitor strategies, bringing fresh, innovative campaign ideas.

Ensure compliance with US ad policies for financial and payments-related advertising.

What Were Looking For

56+ years of deep performance marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments.

Proven success in scaling paid campaigns profitably (not just running ads).

Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing & programmatic.

Strong grasp of analytics (GA4, Data Studio, Looker, or similar) and multi-touch attribution.

Experience in CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO) and growth hacking frameworks.

Advanced skills in AI & automation platforms for campaign scaling and optimization.

Results-obsessed mindset with a track record of hitting aggressive lead gen and revenue targets.
