Job Description

Internshala is home to the largest college students & fresher talent pool in the country, and our mission is to get every student the best possible start to their careers. So far, businesses (180K of them) have been using the platform in self-serve mode on a freemium model for entry-level hiring. Now, we want to deepen the engagement and relationship with high-value key accounts by offering end-to-end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry-level roles.
What you'll own?
This role is fully IC - you will run your own pipeline, drive your own deals, and own your number.
1. Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise clients across Bangalore
2. Sell Internshala's hiring and training solutions to HR, TA leaders, CHROs, and business heads
3. Run end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting - pitching - negotiation - closure
4. Onboard new accounts and guide them through their first few hires
5. Build trusted relationships that convert into repeat business
6. Maintain a tight, accurate pipeline and forecast
7. Bring market insights to improve the product and customer experience

What we're looking for?
You'll thrive here if you enjoy being on the ground, owning your number, and building something that's still early.
1. 6-8 years in enterprise sales with a clear track record of meeting individual targets
2. Experience selling to HR teams / HR leaders / CHROs
(HRTech, recruitment solutions, insurance, SaaS to HR, training solutions)
3. Strong at conversations, consultative selling, and simplifying complex solutions
4. Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-velocity outreach
5. Based out of Bangalore.
6. Join immediately or within 30 days
