Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective employers and understand their hiring requirements.
• Consult clients on suitable recruitment solutions offered by Internshala.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with decision-makers.
  
• Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
