Intersnack Cashew India Private Limited is a leading cashew processing and manufacturing company based in Thoothukudi (Tuticorin), Tamil Nadu, India. It operates as a wholly owned entity of the Intersnack Group, one of Europes largest savoury snack companies headquartered in Germany.

The company specializes in the procurement, processing, and export of high-quality cashew kernels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sophos Central and Firewall: Managing and configuring Sophos Central and firewalls.
• Provide L1 and L2 Support: Providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal users.
• Compliance with Guidelines: Ensuring all IT-related guidelines are followed properly.
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365: Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
• Active Directory Management: Managing Active Directory, Intune, and Group Policy.
• CCTV Management: Installing and managing CCTV systems within and outside factory premises.
• IT Security Policies: Adhering to IT security policies in all daily tasks.
• Managing VMware Esxi

Daily Activities:

• Data Backups: Performing backups of data for users and servers.
• Network Troubleshooting: Maintaining internet connectivity and addressing network issues; handling support tickets with external vendors.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Daily Reporting: Providing daily task updates to the reporting manager.
• Vendor Communication: Coordinating with external vendors for IT projects and support.
• Inventory Management: Keeping IT inventories up to date.
• CCTV Connectivity: Managing CCTV access, ensuring recordings, and testing connectivity.
• User Management: Responding to user onboarding and offboarding requests in terms of IT Assets and IT Policies.
• Maintain proper communications with cross departmental IT requests.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Degree relevant to IT, E&C, CS
• Experience: 3 to 5 Years
• Additional Certification: Relevant Microsoft M365 Certifications would be added advantages.
• Computer Proficiency: Expert
• English and Tamil Language Proficiency: Expert
