Technician - Electrician

WE ARE HIRING: Technician - Electrician (C or B Electrical License is Mandatory)

Job role and Key Result Area:

1. Lower equipment downtimes
2. Preventive maintenance
3. Continuous improvements
4. Kaizen
5. Following personnel safety and food safety rules and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding priority matrix of Electrical maintenance activities
2. Attend to shift Electrical maintenance activities
3. Execute preventive maintenance tasks as per checklist
4. Proactively look for abnormalities related to EHS, GMP, equipment failures and resolve/ communicate to team leaders for support in resolution
5. Communicate for requirement of engineering spares and consumables
6. Support production team members to meet the company/ plant KPI targets

1. Electrical maintenance activities related to whole factory
2. Maintaining shift communication on activities completed/ Pending
3. Maintaining record of equipment downtimes and mechanical spares consumed
4. Follow Good Engineering Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
5. Follow line clearance protocols
6. Maintain general hygiene in all maintenance activities
7. Electrical Safety

Profile:

1. Qualification : ITI or Diploma – Electrical
2. Experience : 2-3 years in processed food industry
3. Additional Certification: C or B Electrical License (Mandatory)
4. Additional requirement: Electronics and HMI preferred not Mandatory

Technical Competencies

1. Control panel fault findings
2. Handling power tools and measuring instruments
3. HT lines and LT lines.

Hard Skills

1. Basic knowledge of Electrical Transformer, ACB, Control Panels
2. Hands on experience in handling hand tools like Megger, multimeter and measuring instruments.
3. Maintenance of food processing and packaging equipments.

2. Good communication skills and fluency in English and Tamil (Mandatory)
