Major Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of CE Certification process as per PPE regulation (EU) 2016/425
• Handling Industrial PPE product testing of category like Safety Footwear, Industrial safety Gloves, Industrial protective garments, Motorcycles Garment, Armour, oven Gloves & High visibility clothing.
  
• Knowledge on various international standards as per PPE product category (EN, ASTM, ISO, EN ISO, DIN EN ISO, BIS)
• Technical query handling & technical support to Customer and Buyer.
• Industrial PPE Products Testing & Certification - New Test scope & product test development.
• Resolved technical queries through detailed root cause analysis while maintaining full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017
• Implemented cost-effective measures, ensured audit readiness, and promoted best laboratory practices across the team.
• Effectively handled internal and external technical queries and customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely closure of issues.
• Supported business retention and expansion by identifying potential clients and offering customized laboratory testing solutions.
• Reviewed, verified, and authorized test reports to Clients/Buyers.

Qualification: B. Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Math) / B. Tech (Preferred – Leather or Footwear Technology)
Total Experience: Minimum 7 years and 2 years in Industrial PPE in ATIC Industry
Skill Set

• Verbal articulation, written proficiency, presentation skills in English
