About the Role:
We are expanding our EMC and RF Testing capabilities and looking for a dynamic Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sales to drive business growth, engage with customers, and support the overall sales process.
This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and a proactive sales mindset to support clients from enquiry to order booking.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales for EMC and RF testing & Certification services and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage new clients across Electrical & Electronics products categories mainly Medical, Industrial, IT, HAE, Lighting segments.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, enquiry handling, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.
- Promote the capabilities of our new EMC and RF testing services, highlighting faster timelines, accuracy, and certification advantages.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business through excellent service and support.
Customer Interaction & Coordination:
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical/financial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical/Operations) for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, PI issuance, payments, and documentation.
- Participate in customer meetings, calls, and onsite/business visits.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Support in developing sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and seminars/webinars.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Compliance & Process Adherence:

- Support in preparing contracts, agreements, and necessary compliance documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred - EEE/ECE/Instrumentation/Electrical) or MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- 4-8 years of sales experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry preferred.
- Experience in EMC/EMI, Electrical Safety, Product Testing, or Electronics Manufacturing is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude to understand EMC and RF testing concepts.
- Negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
