AI/ML Lead

We are hiring AI/ML Lead for our client

Experience: 5-8yrs

Location: Chennai

Work from Office

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of applied experience in AI and ML, with a minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional AI/ML projects that directly impact business outcomes.
• Advanced experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
  
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) with advanced knowledge of the entire ML development lifecycle.
• Ability to translate highly technical concepts into functional, business-oriented language that influences decision-making at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a capacity to work with ambiguity and prioritize initiatives with high business impact.

Preferred:

• Extensive experience in Banking and a solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and their integration within financial ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, allowing for dynamic adaptation to evolving business needs.

Experience working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevantprograms and coding.

Strong background in Statistical Analysis.

• Experience in working on Credit Cards, Retail Banking products Must be proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience working banking domain,
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
