Founders Office Intern

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects: Support the Founder in executing high-priority projects across business, operations, R&D, and government engagement.

2. Market & Policy Research: Conduct research on defence, aerospace, drone, and counter-drone ecosystems, including global trends, competitor analysis, and policy updates.

3. Investor & Stakeholder Support: Prepare briefing notes, decks, and analytical reports for investor meetings, government interactions, and ecosystem engagements.

4. Operational Excellence: Assist in streamlining processes, tracking KRAs/OKRs, and ensuring smooth execution across departments.

5. Content & Communication: Draft speeches, press notes, social media posts, and thought-leadership content in line with the Founder's voice and vision.

6. Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Founder and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.

7. Special Initiatives: Work on confidential and time-sensitive projects directly under the Founder.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Strong academic background (Engineering/Management/Policy/Defence Studies preferred).

2. Exceptional communication (English & Hindi; Odia is a plus).

3. Analytical mindset with strong research and presentation skills.

4. Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.

5. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).

6. Interest in defence-tech, drones, aerospace, or public policy.

7. Hustle, ownership, and a "no-excuse" attitude.
