Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms (presentations, brochures, social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, etc.).
• Develop marketing collaterals, pitch decks, investor presentations, and product visuals aligned with the companys brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and product teams to create engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Work on UI/UX elements for websites, dashboards, and product interfaces when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  
• Create mockups, illustrations, and animations for internal and external communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.

  Get Hired
  Proven experience (3 – 5 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a startup, defence-tech, or technology-driven company.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and ability to adapt to different styles.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
