Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Panipat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and maintaining strong customer loyalty. You will work towards achieving business goals by managing mutual fund sales and client acquisition, developing financial strategies, and providing top-tier financial solutions. It will be essential to monitor and analyze market trends while ensuring the highest standard of client satisfaction.

• Proven skills in building and maintaining client relationships with individuals, corporates, and institutions
• Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial strategies

• Strong sales and marketing capabilities to drive client acquisition and meet performance goals
• Competence in analyzing market trends and recommending suitable investment solutions
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site capacity and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience in asset management or financial services industry is preferred
