Real Estate Investment Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our investment team, conducting detailed due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities and providing valuation support.

What you will do: Research market trends, analyze property financials, and create comprehensive investment recommendations. You’ll work directly with senior analysts to refine investment decisions.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities, including market analysis, property valuation, and financial modeling.
• Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for various real estate investment scenarios.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for existing real estate investments.

• Assist in the development and implementation of real estate investment strategies.
• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and analysis.
• Stay abreast of current market trends and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis (Experienced).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
