Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor for clients seeking business setup, licensing, and growth solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand client business goals and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize service pricing.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client activity logs within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, lead generation, and content with business development goals.
- Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Provide guidance on company formation, regulatory compliance, and operational requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, PRO, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Contribute insights and ideas for improving service offerings and client experience.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 5 years of proven experience in business development, consulting, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, consultative selling, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of business setup, licensing, and corporate services is highly desirable.

- Strong consultative sales and business development skills.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Ability to design and implement growth strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
