Job Description
- You will be joining a fast-growing SaaS company that specializes in AI-driven solutions for customer service organizations. In your role as a Software Engineer (Python, AWS), you will be primarily focused on backend development, data processing workflows, and system optimization. This position requires a strong expertise in Python, hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as Glue, Athena, and Lambda, as well as a problem-solving mindset.
To excel in this role, you should have 3-6 years of Python development experience, proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases, familiarity with ETL & automation scripting, and experience working in Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills, along with proficiency in Git version control, are also essential for this role.
As a part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for developing & optimizing Python-based applications, building & maintaining ETL pipelines & workflows, working with AWS services, and optimizing SQL & NoSQL databases. Additionally, you will be implementing message-driven architectures, improving performance, security, and fault tolerance, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.

If you have experience leading projects/subprojects, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, and exposure to Flask, Django, or other Python frameworks, it would be considered a plus.
