Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage and execute core HR processes and maintain systems that ensure efficient day-to-day people operations. The role will act as a bridge between HR strategy and execution, supporting employees and managers while driving process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage seamless onboarding, employee status changes, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• HRIS & System Administration: Maintain accurate employee data, ensure data integrity, and manage user access and permissions within the HRIS, including SuccessFactors.
• Payroll & Benefits: Partner with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage employee benefits enrollment, and resolve payroll- and benefits-related queries.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, maintain HR policies and documentation, and coordinate internal audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, automate repetitive activities, improve process efficiency, and develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Track key HR metrics, maintain accurate headcount reports, and develop operational dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Employee & Manager Support: Provide timely support to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and operational queries.

Requirements:

• Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) from a recognized institution; an Engineering degree will be preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, with hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and operations.
• Knowledge of HR technology and compensation practices will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and conflict-management skills.
