Job Description

    Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company based in Gurugram, India. Our team comprises dedicated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialize in preventing unauthorized parking in commercial properties, residential complexes, and various other locations. Indus Parking Services efficiently manages the parking enforcement process and offers operational support to Euro Parking Services.
    We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Junior HR Associate to join our team. The Junior HR Associate will be responsible for supporting various human resources and administrative activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
    As a Junior HR Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
    - Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
    - Screening candidates through resume and job application reviews, as well as conducting phone screenings.
    - Ensuring timely submission of qualified candidates for all requirements.
    - Developing interview questions and job descriptions that align with position requirements.
    - Maintaining and updating employee records in both digital and physical formats.
    - Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
    The ideal candidate for the Junior HR Associate position will possess:
    - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
    - Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes.
    - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Required Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

    - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin roles are encouraged to apply.
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
