Job Overview
iRely, a global ERP software product company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the Accounts Receivable (AR) module in our ERP platform. This role is critical to product competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and market growth. The Product Manager will design features, create the roadmap, and drive delivery, with the potential to grow into a Director role.
Duties And Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the AR module.
• Design features and manage end-to-end delivery of projects and major changes.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

• Conduct business process reviews and align ERP workflows with best practices.
• Support implementation and sales teams with product expertise and demonstrations.
• Prepare statements of work (SOWs) and solution designs.
• Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction through continuous product improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, showing a high ownership attitude.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or Professional Accounting Qualification (ICWA/CA).
• 510 years experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, preferably in ERP or financial software.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Cash Management.
• Experience with ERP General Financials and business process reviews.
