Job Overview
iRely is seeking applications from experienced Product Managers for upcoming openings across multiple enterprise software modules within it's ERP suite.
We are inviting applications from professionals with domain expertise in any one or more of the following areas:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger(GL)
- Risk Management
- Contract Management
- Manufacturing & Logistics
This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for upcoming strategic product roles as we continue expanding our product portfolio and global customer base.
Role Summary
As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle of your respective module from requirement gathering and roadmap planning to delivery, integration, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Engineering, Business Analysts, Implementation, and Customer Support teams to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions aligned with customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and manage the roadmap for your respective module.
- Align product direction with overall ERP platform strategy.
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance, Trading, Operations, and Reporting modules.
Requirement Gathering & Functional Design
- Conduct business process reviews with customers.
- Document functional requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Prepare use cases, mock-ups, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Delivery & Quality
- Ensure timely and high-quality feature releases.
- Act as escalation point for critical product issues.
- Drive reduction in defects and support cases.
- Identify and mitigate product and implementation risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales and Pre-sales for solution positioning.
- Support product demonstrations and customer workshops.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers for cross-module alignment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product processes.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in enterprise software or ERP environments.
- Minimum 4-5 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong domain expertise in at least one listed module.
- Experience working in implementation-driven or product-based software organizations.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL Server or relational databases.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to global customers (US/EU markets)
- Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP (for financial module candidates).
- Experience in commodity trading, manufacturing, or supply chain systems is a plus.
