Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Digital Analyst role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Digital Analyst will monitor, measure, and optimize digital performance across web and marketing channels, using analytics tools to track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and campaign ROI. The role involves building dashboards and reports, interpreting data trends, and presenting clear, actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams. The Senior Digital Analyst will design and analyze A/B tests, support attribution modeling, and recommend improvements to user journeys, landing pages, and funnels. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to define tracking requirements, improve data quality, and support data-driven decision-making for growth, lead generation, and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Data Analytics and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms).
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical data for non-technical stakeholders and present clear recommendations.
• Proven experience in digital performance measurement, funnel analysis, and optimization within marketing, consulting, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), or basic scripting (Python/R) is an advantage.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience in lead-generation or service-oriented businesses; exposure to education, immigration, or international services sectors is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail and data accuracy.
