Budget Analyst

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets for various departments within the company, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.

What you will do: You will work closely with department heads to understand their budgetary needs and create accurate and realistic budgets.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain annual budgets for various departments.
• Analyze budget variances and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their budgetary needs.

  Prepare budget reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor budget performance and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Provide financial support and guidance to department heads.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in budgeting or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and budgeting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
