Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the FP&A team, supporting the development and execution of the company's financial strategy.

What you will do: You will work closely with senior FP&A professionals to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. You will also support the development of financial models and analysis.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  
• Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
