Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing support to senior management on strategic financial decision-making.

What you will do: Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analysis.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Manage the annual budgeting process

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
