Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of EV, automotive, and technical events.
• Reach out to potential sponsors and industry partners for event sponsorships.
• Connect with colleges, universities, faculty, and student teams.
• Generate leads and maintain the lead database.
• Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with colleges, teams, sponsors, and event partners.
• Support on-ground event execution and coordination.
• Prepare basic reports and track outreach and conversions.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Engineering/Management preferred.
• Previous experience/active participation in Formula Student, SAE BAJA, SAE SUPRA, EV competitions, bike/automotive events, or technical fests is required.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable with business development, sponsorship outreach, and lead generation.
• Willing to travel for events and college visits.
