Forbes Marketplace is looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment. Reporting to the Director of International Business Development, the individual in this role will work closely with stakeholders for the Financial Services vertical while also assisting the wider commercial teams in identifying, executing, and optimizing growth opportunities across our portfolio.

Location : Chennai/Mumbai
Responsibilities:
Accounting –

• Manage and maintain the Bookkeeping as per iGAAP.
• Processing vendor bills & payments along with related TDS Compliances
• Processing AR Invoices & receipts
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations
• Support with month end process
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Support in Audit of the Indian entity & Holding Company
  

Taxation –

• Manage monthly TDS compliances

• Liaison with consultants for GST return filings
• Responsible for proper Accounting of Tax related transactions
• Support Consultants in case of Tax Assessments & Annual Tax Compliances
  

Corporate Law & FEMA (RBI) –

• Liaison with Consultants for ROC & RBI Compliances
• Maintain Proper Documentation
  

Payroll & Labour Laws –

• Support with providing data for payroll
• Liaison with Consultants & keeping track of Compliances w.r.t Employment & Payroll laws
  

Adhoc Tasks -

• Support the Global Finance Team with any adhoc tasks as and when required
• Play the role of Finance Business Partner to support India Business Operations
  

Requirements:

• At least 6-8 years of experience in Bookkeeping and Banking Operations.

Get Hired
• Has worked in an environment of Indian entity having a holding Company outside India
• Experienced in complex JEs w.r.t. monthly closures
• Well versed with monthly TDS Compliances
• Working Knowledge of Income Tax, GST Laws & Labour Laws
• Knowledge in NetSuite or similar ERP preferred
• Has the ability to work in an dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Has eye for details and is keen to learn new skills
