Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities for this role include delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high service standards. The role involves maintaining the brands commitment to hospitality excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction. Team coordination, quality control, and contributing to the local embodiment of the ITC Hotels values will also be key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience with operational management, team leadership, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and quality control procedures
• Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and adaptability
• Relevant educational background in Hospitality Management or related fields is preferred
• Experience in the luxury or premium hospitality sector is an advantage
