Job Title: Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

Required candidate notice period of - immediate to 30 days joiners.

Work Model: Remote from India for the initial 2 months. Upon completion of the visa process, the candidate must relocate to Dubai and work from the client location.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, cloud platforms, and container technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence across hybrid infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Cisco UCS infrastructure, including compute, networking, and firmware upgrades.
• Deploy, configure, and support cloud environments on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Manage and maintain VMware virtualization platforms, including ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
• Manage and administer Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) environments.
• Perform storage administration, capacity planning, provisioning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage enterprise backup solutions, monitor backup jobs, perform recovery operations, and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor infrastructure health, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Cisco UCS administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Good knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and virtualization concepts.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong administration experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).

  Knowledge of enterprise Storage technologies (SAN/NAS) and storage management.
• Experience with enterprise Backup and Recovery solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and Linux environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience working in hybrid cloud and enterprise data center environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or Ansible).
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA/RHCE), VMware VCP, Cisco UCS, or CKA/CKAD are an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure and cloud administration.
• Willing to work remotely from India for the initial two months.
• Must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE upon visa completion.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
