Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Key Account Manager to look over our premium client. The role demands leveraging working relationships across clients as you will have to maintain a high level of client satisfaction by meeting all their goals and the company's.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
    • Serve as a strategic partner for key clients and lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns with support from internal teams.
    • Maintain client retention and grow revenue and profitability through existing and new accounts.
    • Handle day-to-day activities for assigned e-commerce clients.
    • Conduct business reviews and opportunity meetings with key clients.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by identifying and developing new opportunities.
    • Coordinate invoicing and ensure payments are received on time.
    • Conduct strategic account planning and market research.
    • Analyze reports and data to identify growth opportunities.
    • Prospect and close new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and events.
    • Develop clear and effective proposals, quotations, and reports for current and prospective clients.
    • Evaluate media plans (digital/social) according to client needs and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 36 years of proven experience in account management, ideally handling premium or high-profile clients.
  • Industry experience in Adtech (Meta, Snap, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills (professional, friendly, and well-presented).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Highly proactive and results-driven, with strong follow-up and meeting management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to interpret and act on data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
