Job Description
MY Virtual Employee is an Australian-registered business expanding its wings in Hyderabad. As a Virtual Employee, your role is to take phone calls and handle administrative tasks for a Realestate company in Australia. This will be a fantastic opportunity for faster growth within the organisation.
We are looking for one customer service/Administration Officer for a rewarding role and to be part of a customer-focused team, who will have excellent customer service skills, accurate computer and Excel skills, attention to detail and highly developed communication skills. A friendly, caring, and proactive personality is vital to being part of our team. Full training is provided for the Administration Office role. Required to start immediately or in the next few weeks
- Salary will be between 20,000INR and 30,000INR per month, depending on your experience.
- A minimum of 5% increase in your salary every year
- Office location is Hitech City
- Working hours 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon to Friday
- Holidays as per Western Australia public holidays ( https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/labour-relations/public-holidays-western-australia )

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:
- Previous call centre experience is a must.
- Strong computer skills and organisational skills
- Be a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Able to work in a stressful and high-pressure environment
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Be willing to step up and work in other areas of the business to assist others who may be on leave
- Manage and attend to all client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure excellent telephone manners and communication skills over the phone

- Handling Customer Enquiries
- Answering, Forwarding Calls & Relaying Messages by email or SMS
- Data entry into accounting softwares like Xero – Full training will be provided on these accounting software’s
- Processing and Payment of Invoices in Xero – Full training will be provided on this accounting software
- Admin Support to all staff/customers
- Making cold calls to explain our services and increase our client base.
- Additional Accounting tasks as per the Financial Controller's request
- Processing all end of day report’s for production team’s and handing over all documentation effectively
