Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
  
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers and account teams
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates

Qualifications

• 15+ years of US staffing/recruiting experience

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of US tax terms and employment types
