Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Field Officer based in Pollachi. The Senior Field Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying potential customers, promoting financial products, assessing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. The role requires regular field visits to connect with clients, verify provided information, and assist in financial arrangements as needed. The position entails monitoring loan collection, providing timely support to customers, and achieving assigned performance targets.

• Strong interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in sales or marketing of financial products, with expertise in promoting loans for vehicles or similar areas
• Proficiency in conducting customer assessments and ensuring compliance with operational procedures
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet performance targets
