Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical solutions and actionable insights.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including technology, data engineering, and product teams to drive business outcomes.
- Build, automate, and optimize data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and storyboards to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to unstructured problems.
Hands-on experience with:
- Azure (Cloud platforms)
- Python (including Pandas and related libraries)
- PySpark / SQL for data analysis and manipulation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with expertise in data visualization and presentation.
- Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
