Responsibilities

• Meeting Internal Hiring Targets. Hiring of- IT recruiters, Account managers, Business Develoment, Finance personnel etc
• HR Operations
• Using the HRMS solution effectively
• Managing Employee engagement and HR issues of the staff
• Induction for new employees, Training & Development
• Employee Career Progression, Competency based Assessments

• Performance Management
• Employee Motivation & Grievance Management
• Rewards & Recognition, Celebrations
• Building a high-performance culture
• Organization Structure Models
• Manpower Planning & Optimization
• HR Admin & MIS Reporting
• Induction of new staff, training of staff members, ensuring they have all the required database access, Satisfactory Knowledge Transfer (KT) is done in case of employee separation or role changes

Educational Qualifications and Skills

• Essential- A minimum bachelors degree level or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work on google sheets, google documents and handle large amounts of data
• Highly organised - able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• Fastidious attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
