Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring we build a skilled and passionate workforce that aligns with our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from understanding manpower requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, industry referrals, campus partnerships, and social media) to attract and engage top talent across diverse industries, ensuring the right cultural and role fit for the organization.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated talent pool database for future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hires.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Experience: 2- 4 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotels, F&B, co-living, tourism).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality job roles and skill requirements.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
