Wealth Manager - HNI/UHNI/Family Office

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Wealth Manager to manage and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices/Houses, Financial Institutions and Corporate clients. The role will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, investment solutioning, portfolio growth and cross-selling of wealth and treasury products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, Family Offices/Houses, Financial Institutions and Corporate clients.

- Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, existing relationships and market outreach.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, investment requirements, risk appetite and liquidity needs.
- Provide customized financial and wealth solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Build and deepen long-term relationships with promoters, business owners, family members, family offices, CXOs, CFOs and senior decision-makers.
- Grow and manage the assigned client portfolio / AUM and ensure strong client retention.
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, up-sell and wallet-share expansion based on client requirements.
- Act as the primary relationship point for clients and ensure a high level of service and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and transactions.
- Stay updated on market developments, client needs and competitive offerings to strengthen client relationships.
- Maintain strong compliance, documentation and process discipline.
- Achieve defined client acquisition, AUM, revenue and relationship-management targets.
