We are currently seeking a dedicated HSE- Wind professional to join our team. As the HSE- Wind, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our wind energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for wind energy projects
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) designation preferred
- Experience working in the wind energy industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
