AVP Digital Transformation

Our client is a diversified UAE-based group with a strong presence across real estate, hospitality, and retail. The organization is focused on driving enterprise-wide digital transformation to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across its business units.

We are looking to hire an AVP - Digital Transformation to lead and execute the organization's digital agenda across all non-SAP initiatives.

This role will drive transformation across Salesforce, enterprise BI & analytics, AI enablement,automation, and digital platforms, while working closely with leadership to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

The individual will act as a strategic partner to the IT leadership team, ensuring disciplined execution, strong governance, and tangible ROI from digital investments.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Drive initiatives across customer journey transformation, automation, analytics, and AI enablement
• Provide oversight of the Salesforce ecosystem including customer platforms, broker portals, and mobile applications
• Ensure Salesforce initiatives improve lead conversion, deal velocity, and customer experience
• Establish enterprise-wide BI and analytics capability, including KPI standardization and executive dashboards
• Drive adoption of data-led decision making across business functions
• Ensure integration across SAP, Salesforce, and digital platforms to create a unified data ecosystem
• Lead AI, RPA, and automation initiatives with clear business cases and ROI tracking
• 
  Drive intelligent automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Establish strong governance across programs including risk management, financial tracking, and benefits realization
• Manage multi-vendor environments, ensuring accountability, SLA adherence, and cost efficiency
• Oversee digital budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and drive value-focused investment decisions
• Partner with business leaders (Sales, Finance, Projects, HR, Procurement) to translate needs into digital programs
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or business systems leadership
• Strong experience leading Salesforce-led transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in enterprise BI, analytics, and MIS implementation
• Experience managing large-scale vendor ecosystems and multi-project environments
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or diversified conglomerates preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customer journey design
• Experience building enterprise BI frameworks and dashboarding solutions
• Working knowledge of SAP ERP and cross-platform integrations
• Exposure to AI, RPA, and automation initiatives
• Strong program management and governance capabilities
