Whats the role
We re looking for a Marketing Intern - Malayalam to help build and grow our presence on Instagram and YouTube. The role involves researching and writing scripts for long-form video content, creating moment marketing posts aligned with brand communication, and actively contributing to day-to-day marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, have a strong understanding of social media trends, and be comfortable participating in shoots and supporting on-ground marketing activities as needed. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn, create, and make a real impact.
What will be your responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Team to brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging content for Jars social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain Jars presence on various social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram and YouTube.
- Create and curate visually appealing and informative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Utilize your creativity to craft engaging and compelling social media campaigns that align with Jars brand and goals.
- Assist in video shooting, editing, and post-production to create engaging video content.
- Contribute to the scripting and storyboarding process for video projects, offering creative ideas and insights.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and analytics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all social media content.
What s required from you
- Proficient in Malayalam.
- A passion for user research, social media, and content creation.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Basic video shooting skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to produce compelling visual content.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
