Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Tiruppur. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions,assisting in credit control processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role also involves liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and support overall financial administration.
Qualifications
. Daily entries of purchase, sales, expenses, and receipts
Handling petty cash and preparing vouchers
Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Assisting in GST, TDS filings, and statutory compliance
Coordinating with auditors and preparing supporting documents
Maintaining proper filing and documentation of records
. Familiarity with Tally or Similar accounting software
