We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will treat our internal brands as a high-stakes laboratory. Your mission: Build a Proven Growth Model for Adbuth, document the SOPs, and then lead the launch of our Performance Marketing Agency to serve our global clientele.

You wont just be running ads. You will manage a high-fidelity data pipeline:

• Tracking & Attribution: Expert deployment of Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Server-Side Google Tag Manager (GTM), and LinkedIn Insight Tags.
• Web Intelligence: Monitoring traffic and user behavior via GA4, Microsoft Clarity, or Hotjar to optimize conversion hooks.
• Automation: Building bridges between marketing and sales using Make.com or Zapier.
• AI Integration: Utilizing AdCreative.ai or Madgicx for autonomous optimization and creative fatigue detection.

• Full-Funnel Ownership: Design and execute high-ROAS campaigns for Adbuth Business (B2B) and our SaaS verticals (B2C).
• The Agency Blueprint: Create and refine the Adbuth Performance Framework—a replicable, scalable marketing service we can offer to external clients.
• Creative-Data Feedback Loop: Work directly with our pro-editors to iterate on video ad units. You provide the data (drop-off points, CTRs); they provide the 4K/6K cinematic solutions.
• Premium Positioning: Successfully market our premium services by targeting high-intent, quality-conscious audiences.

• Proven Track Record: 3+ years managing significant monthly spends with a clear focus on CAC (Cost Per Acquisition) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
• Analytical Rigor: You live in dashboards and heatmaps. You make decisions based on pixel data, not gut feelings.
• Project Management Fluency: Comfortable with Zoho tools and studio-level delivery timelines.
• The Intrapreneur Spirit: You arent just looking for a job; you want to build a business unit from the ground up.
