AM/DM/Manager - Finance - BU3 - JBM GROUP

1 MIS Reporting

a) Ensure preparation and submission of monthly MIS within agreed timelines.

Present the Financial performance of the plants to the leadership team.

b) Ensure preparation of Plant Score card on daily/ weekly basis to support Plant Head and Operation Head in decision making

c) Deep dive Variance analysis of Actuals vs Budget, Forecast, and last year. Highlight key deviations with root cause analysis and track the action plans.

d) Monitoring Plant KPIs like Value addition, Contribution Margin, ROCE, NCA%, Manpower cost trend, FATR etc

e) Review exceptional items in Working capital like Slow & Non moving Inventory, Overdue receivables, Overdue advances to Vendors etc

2 Annual Budgeting

Ensure completeness, accuracy and timelines in preparation of Annual Budget with all back up working files.

a) Analysing cost centre reports on monthly basis to ensure correct accounting.

b) Analysing Sales vs COGM report. Take effective actions for loss making products

c) Support to BU Finance in establishing correct Product costing at respective location.

d) Validate Plant savings initiatives and productivity improvement projects.

e) Regular monitoring plant efficiency, Rejections, and Wastages.

4 Capex Management

a) Prepare annual capex plan aligned with business strategy 

b) Track Project cost and Timeline vs. budget. Take action on deviations

c) Evaluate Project performance vs. approved business case

a) Track commercial recoveries from Customers and submit the required documents & information to Mkt to enable them for fast recoveries.

b) Monitoring Price movement for Customer and Vendor side and take correct provisions.

Skill required:

1. Qualification: Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

2. 8-10 Years work experience in similar profile in manufacturing sector, at least 5 years in automobile sector

3. SAP (FI/CO) work experience for minimum 3 years, Proficiency in Excel

4. Should be able to do end to end MIS & Budgeting work independently rather than just compiling.

5. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate with operations, engineering, and sourcing teams.
