Job Description

Job purpose :

To formulateCompensation, Benefits and Total Rewards philosophy at Group Level and ensure manpower cost optimization and Talent Attraction and Retention.

Role Accountabilities-

1. Total Rewards Strategy-

1.Design and implement short term and long term total rewards strategy across the group, ensuring uniformity in C&B structure and program

2.Design and drive implementation of job evaluation framework and review defined salary ranges to ensure manpower cost optimization across businesses

3.Conduct compensation benchmarking for different businesses in the group and recommend changes in the existing compensation policies

4.Explore opportunities in the areas of digital HR and Data Analytics for overall improvements in the relevant processes

2. Compensation and Benefits Policies Execution-

1.Develop, update and review HR policies on Employee Welfare, Referral, health and Wellness, and high potential talent retention strategy; explore, establish and manage shared services or out-sourcing opportunities for payroll management

2.Prepare proposals for annual increments

3.Develop and review policies on compensation for expats and Indian employees deployed on overseas assignments

4.Liaise with Business HR SPOCs, business heads and functional heads for drafting annual manpower budgets and cost projections according to business plans.

5.Work closely with talent and performance management team to define the Rewards and Recognition strategy and policies.

6.Monitor compliance to legal obligation in the compensation and rewards domain related to Applicable Tax and Labor Laws.

3. Stakeholder Management-

1.Liaise with internal stakeholder to plan for manpower demands cost projects and implementation of total rewards policies

2.Coordinate with talent and performance management head while formulating talent strategy and policies

3.Coordinate with relevant external stakeholders (external consultants/out sourcing vendors/ legal authorities etc.) and maintain amicable relations with them

Education Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree (any stream) and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Relevant experience:

20+ years of prior work experience in Human Resources, a significant amount of which is leading the C&B or rewards vertical.
