Sales Manager- Ajax

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Generate business leads for Ajax ( Concrete equipment ) in assigned territory.
• Good Knowledge of Earthmover & Construction equipment industry ( Self Loading Concrete Mixer)
• Covering Local Market & approaching potential customers.
• Monitoring team performance and provide them trainings to increase their productivity.
• Should have good leadership and team handling skills.
• Approach to builders, contractors and businesses having construction related work and pitch them to use Self loading concrete mixer ( Ajax Fiori) in their daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min Graduation in any field.
• 5-8 years of prior working experience in construction equipment, concrete industry
• Having exposure to Earthmover and construction equipment industry.
• Target oriented professional with good Communication & Negotiation skills.
• Good Leadership and Team handling skills.

Additional Details:

• Working Location- Bhilwara
• Salary Criteria - 35K to 45K + Incentives + TA/DA ( No Bars For Suitable Candidate )
• Prior Experience In - Ajax Fiori / Venus / Apollo Infra / Schwing Stetter / Putzmeister ( Concrete Mixer Machines Segment )
