Senior Marketing Manager

Were looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Earthmoving/ Construction Equipment industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services, driving sales growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
• 2.Good Liasoning with Government Departments & other Corporates.
• 3. Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
• 4. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets.
• 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative.
• 6. Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• 7. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• 8. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, events).
• 9. Measure and report on marketing performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation).

Requirements:

• 1. 10+ years of marketing experience in the automobile industry.
• 2. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• 3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and analysis.
• 4. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• 5. Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1. MBA or equivalent degree.
• 2. Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• 3. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
